my tarot reading

miss PRoBlemO, a close friend of mine sent me a link to one of those fortune-telling sites. she's a keen believer of the supernatural and supersitions and such.

this particular site offered tarot reading for US$3. as with all fortune-telling, this appealed to the lost and bewildered, like me. so i eagerly gave it a shot.

well. the results were ambiguous. i squeezed my brain dry trying to decipher the meaning of the reading. in the end, i was more confused and puzzled than before.
i believe this is the last time i'll try tarot.

it's a tough road to recovery.

as i start to fit the pieces back into some semblance of a life, the scars remain. a painful reminder of what was before, the elusiveness of happiness.

but i guess time will really heal. one day, the aching emptiness will go away. i'm optimistic about it.

mars vs venus

i bumped into my ex-colleague at balaclava on a crowded wednesday night.
5 minutes into the conversation, he was already updating me on the latest news in the company. it got me thinking...

there are about 70 sales people in the entire sales department, almost equal proportion of both sexes. but somehow, it's always the males whose tongues run away with them. the most juicy bits almost always originate from them.

i guess, it has to do with the evolutionary process, the emergence of the new age men, the metro-sexuals.
gone are the days where gals are stereotyped as the gossip-mongers. the guys are officially appointed as the tale-bearers of the new era. GANBATE!!

HELP!!!!

i was really frustrated when my msn kept crashing on me. i couldn't even access my msn space now.

so here am i trying out the new blogging space. but it's kinda confusing with all the links for uploading pictures and stuff.
have yet to figure out how to post my pix on the profile column. URGHH!!!!

sigh. i can't imagine what will happen when i have to revert back to the use of my iBook. as it is, i'm already struggling to use this with my PC...
